As Senior Product Marketing Manager youll become an authority on our market and customers the competitive landscape and most importantly our product value. Youll collaborate across our product and leadership teams to craft and implement gotomarket strategies and plans that drive growth and adoption. You are curious a creative thinker collaborator and a problem solver. In this highimpact role you will help to drive significant prospect and customer awareness of our portfolio and sales growth and customer adoption globally.

What Youll Do on a Typical Day:

• Act as the subject matter expert for your product areas from positioning through to sales enablement.
• Establish and own the gotomarket plans for several product areas working crossfunctionally with stakeholders to complete gotomarket plans.
• Build product positioning value propositions and messaging that resonate with customers and the market tell a story and differentiates us in the market.
• You will use industry market and competitive intelligence to inform gotomarket campaigns globally and locally.
• Be handson delivering both strategic and executional work.
• You will create and maintain a sales enablement bill of materials building a growing set of marketing tools and content to support demand generation client lifecycle marketing and sales and account development.
• You will evolve and optimize your approach and based on results as well as partner inputs.
• Work closely with the Product Management and Product Marketing leadership team sales reps and internal subjectmatter experts to effectively represent the customer perspective.
• Most importantly you will be an evangelist and crossfunctional leader who unites marketing sales customer success and product teams to drive business results.

What Were Looking For:

• 5 years of product marketing experience in a B2B organization enterprise software or SaaS/Cloud.
• Product Marketing Alliance Core or equivalent certified.
• Have a bias for action and the ability to define and execute gotomarket plans.
• Understand different cultures and are comfortable adjusting your communication style and working practices to accommodate different levels within the organisation.
• Are comfortable working in dynamic environments and have a high tolerance for ambiguity seeking to unravel complexity and to lead and define new processes answers and solutions.
• Demonstrate a positive relationship ethos with sales account management product and marketing orgs.
• Exhibit critical and very structured thinking. You can absorb information and arrive at a position to influence others quickly.
• Have excellent time management skills and high organized with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Are an active learner with the ability to make independent observations and connect the dots.
• Are flexible: we are a global organization and flexibility to accommodate is essential.
