Schedule: APAC/EMEA/US Shift 5 days a week)

Work Location: Ahmedabad India

The Team: The Financial Institutions Group team is responsible for providing client support for our business intelligence tool by holding investigative conversations with clients & driving product usage. Being present in Argentina India Pakistan the Philippines and the USA makes it a truly global team. Members of the team get to learn indepth global financial industry knowledge produce webcast presentations and develop technical skills. You will also work with different teams inside the organization across many functional areas (Sales Technology Product Management Content & Industry Research etc.

Role Impact: This role is essential in supporting market leaders and decisionmakers in the financial services industry directly influencing client satisfaction and advancing our mission of providing reliable financial intelligence. Team members play a critical role in delivering highquality support which shapes clients perceptions of the company. By engaging directly with clients apprentices can gather valuable feedback that informs platform development. Additionally this position contributes to enhancing data quality and timeliness improving operational efficiency reducing error rates and boosting support survey scores ultimately aiding in client retention and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Support:Deliver exceptional customer service through phone email and chat. Address client inquiries resolve issues and provide product consultations.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental client satisfaction targets.
    • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to enhance client interactions and support internal initiatives.
  • Learning Opportunities:
    • Stay informed about macroeconomic and industry developments relevant to S&P products.
    • Participate in product demonstrations webinars and training sessions to enhance your understanding of our platforms and client needs.
  • Knowledge Sharing:Contribute to the development and maintenance of our Knowledge Base to promote ongoing learning within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Education:Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Economics Finance or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
    • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and thrive in a collaborative environment.
    • Excellent communication skills and basic proficiency in MS Excel.
    • Strong critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
    • Basic knowledge of the banking industry and fundamentals of business financial statements and investments.
    • Proficient in research and analysis.
    • Customeroriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize workflow with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility:Willingness to work shifts based on business needs.
