Job Description
A wellestablished and multibranch commercial contractor (Fire Suppression HVAC and Electrical) in Chicago IL is immediately looking for a detailoriented PartTime HVAC Service Administrator. This is a workfrom home (WFH) role with flexible hours and the potential to go fulltime.

HVAC Service Coordinators will dispatch coordinate and schedule HVAC/R Service Technicians; answer customer questions and concerns (incoming/outgoing phone calls); process invoicing and billing; order any required HVAC parts/equipment; update customer software to maintain work orders and customer database; other administrative duties as required.
JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least three 3 years dispatching invoicing scheduling and customer service experience preferably from the HVAC industry or Electrical or Fire
- Proficient communication (verbal and written) and computer skills
- Ability to work independently
SHIFT: Flexible Days. Able to respond to calls/text/emails between 8am 4pm.
COMPENSATION:
- $28.00 $32.00/hour
- Paid Weekly through Direct Deposit
- Guaranteed 20 hours
