Your new role
Wintringham is seeking a dynamic and proactive Case Manager to join our multidisciplinary community team on a part time basis. This dynamic opportunity will work from our Grampians and Bendigo Offices with our inhouse rostering teams to support clients on federally funded Home Care packages of all levels. This flexible role will be required to manage a case load of clients covering Ballarat Bendigo and surrounding regions.
The position will cover between 15.2 hours and 22.8 hours per week with the workdays being negotiable based on your availability (Monday to Friday) and will run for 6 months.
