Wonderful opportunity for an HR professional to get their foot in the door of this growing company and become a true expert in the benefits field. This is a new role that was created due to internal promotions and this company is excited to add another key member to their already impressive team. This is a great role for someone currently working in more of a generalist position with a passion for benefits or someone who is just kicking off their career in HR and wants to be mentored by an incredible team of mentors with decades of HR experience.Join a team that will give you more experience more quickly than in almost any other HR role and allow you to learn more than what would be possible in almost any other HR department in Omaha.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the goto resource for employees who have questions about their benefits as you answer their questions and coach them through important life decisions
- Team up with the Benefits Manager and each employee to help them select the benefit elections that align most closely with their needs
- Take ownership for ensuring that all new hire benefit elections are loaded accurately into the system
- Ask questions and be thirsty to learn as you develop learn and grow in your knowledge of benefits each and every day
