The Director US HCP Marketing will develop strategy and execute tactics directed at health care professionals treating people living with one of our in market neurology indications: chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP) or generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG). The initial focus of the role will be to support the development of HCP strategies and tactics inclusive of unbranded disease state education and branded education to continue growth of the VYVGART franchise and achieve business objectives.
This role will report to the Senior Director of HCP Marketing Indication Lead and will partner closely with key internal and external crossfunctional partners to plan and implement personal and nonpersonal tactics to support the Launch. In close collaboration with the rest of the Marketing team this role will support the VYVGART Hytrulo brand and portfolio strategies with pullthrough to Commercial Field Force KOL engagement PeertoPeer Education and National and Regional Congress presence and . The Director will also deliver on key brand expectations such as Brand Planning Tactical Planning Launch Readiness and Quarterly Business Reviews.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Support the development and of the Branded VYVGART Hytrulo (efgartigimod) strategy messaging and tactics for US HCPs
Ongoing development and updating of the VYVGART Hytrulo (efgartigimod) strategy and Brand Plan
Ensure customer and competitor insights drive actionable updates to strategy
Lead KOL engagement planning and HCP Advisory Board planning and to gather relevant customer insights as needed
Lead development of the strategy and key tactics directed at educating the extended care team (nonprescribers nurses and office staff) to expand awareness and reach of VYVGART Hytrulo
Ensuring readiness of materials to support the XFT Commercial Field Organization including territory business managers (TBMs) field clinical educators (FCEs) Thought Leader Liaisons (TLLs) etc.
Work crossfunctionally to prepare the XFT Field Organization and drive brand direction at POA meetings training etc.
Management of key Agency Partners including the Brand AOR Medical Education Agency Peer2Peer Agency and Congress partners in the development and of market development and brand plans. Ensure marketing direction is pulled through and project timelines are met
Support the VYVGART brand strategies with pullthrough to national congress channel and regional congress . Lead congress strategy for the brand including crossfunctional congress planning booth design and of commercial tactics sponsorships and event to achieve brand objectives
Partner with nonpersonal promotional (NPP) lead to align strategy and tactics to drive brand growth as well as to optimize data analytics and inform business decisions
Work closely with Legal Regulatory and Medical Affairs to effectively navigate Promotional Material Review process prioritize and ensure timely and compliant development of HCPdirected tactics.
Develop and mentor fellow HCP Marketing team members to help improve team / brand performance and increase marketing skills and capabilities across the organization
Execute multiple simultaneous projects and manage resources to ensure deliverables are on time on budget and address business objectives.
Education Experience and Qualifications:
The US Commercial organization is Bostonbased; this person is required to be in the office as needed to support key planning and coordination meetings
BS/BA degree (science or business degree preferred); MBA is a plus
10 years of experience in marketing and/or relevant commercial experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry
Experience effectively managing external agency partners and collaborating with crossfunctional teams and internal/external stakeholders to effectively implement strategies and programs.
Agility proven ability to influence without authority and crossfunctional collaboration
Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment and prioritize work to achieve positive results. Entrepreneurial spirit and ownership mentality willingness to roll up sleeves and flexibility to jump in where the business needs dictate
Understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions
Strong project management communication and organization skills
Experience in rare disease and/or Neurology preferred
US launch readiness experience preferred
