SENIOR DATA ANALYST AND REPORTING SPECIALIST OER Sloan Office of External Relations to lead the development and of MIT Sloans Office of External Relations (OERs) data reporting and analytics strategy; analyze data and create dashboards and reports to inform decisionmaking; collaborate with OER colleagues to improve business processes and identify technical solutions; lead special projects including CRM integration and data governance initiatives; mentor staff on data best practices and provide guidance on technical challenges; and serve as a primary technical liaison between OER and various MIT technical offices.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED: Bachelors degree in Data Science Information Technology Business or related field or equivalent experience; a minimum of seven years of experience with complex datasets data analysis and reporting; expertise in SQL and relational databases (e.g. ORACLE) as well as proficiency in CRM systems especially Salesforce; experience with business intelligence tools for data visualization and process automation; solid skills in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions; project management experience with a focus on collaboration and communication with stakeholders; and meticulous attention to data integrity and security. Salary range: $based on related experience expertise and internal equity. Generally new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
