Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up the welded tube mill.
- Ensure quality production s safety and maintenance.
- Adjust tooling and fixtures on machines.
- Conduct visual inspections to identify defects or damage.
- Load/unload machines prepare raw materials and follow procedures.
- Report machine malfunctions or part defects to the supervisor.
Do You Have What It Takes
Qualifications:
- At least one year in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Proficiency in tooling changeover setup and cutoff operation.
- Skilled in precision measuring and inspection equipment.
- Good grasp of work instructions.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Proficient manual dexterity and handeye coordination.
- Ability to operate tow motor safely.
- Ability to endure prolonged standing bending stretching and occasional lifting (up to 40 lbs).
