PSEG operates under a Flexible Work Model where flexible work is offered when job requirements allow. In support of this model roles have been categorized into one of four work location categories: onsite roles hybrid roles that are a blend of onsite and remote work remote local roles that are primarily homebased but require some level of purposedriven inperson interaction and living within a commutable distance and remote nonlocal roles that can be effectively performed remotely with the ability to work in approved states.

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting the HRIS systems to meet organizational requirements implementing opportunities for automation reduction of manual processes and communicate/deploy processes that help drive accuracy and completeness.Processes human resource information using the most efficient and costeffective computer systems and applications. Analyzes and maintains information systems in support of human resource administration and projects. Monitors HR information needs and modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements.

Support users by monitoring and resolving data integrity issues ensuring the accuracy of HR information entered into the system and testing new features of the system as they are implemented to verify accuracy of HR procedures. Partner with HR Process Owners to provide training on new systems processes and reporting tools. Ensure appropriate documentation and training materials.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with technical/analytical expertise and functional support to the team. Partner with HR Process Owners to provide training on new systems processes and reporting tools. Ensure appropriate documentation and training materials
  • Schedule and conduct HR Audits and Entitlement Reviews and log/document results.Follow up on exceptions to ensure compliance.Assist with managing SAP security requests.
  • Maintain the HR Business Continuity Plan; Ensure plan is up to date and plan requirements are met.Roll out periodic callout lists and identify proper contact information and alternate reporting locations.
  • Assist with routine employee data/information requests running business warehouse/ business objects queries proofreading documents for accuracy
  • Develop automated solutions for manual processes spreadsheets etc.
  • Annual Performance to Pay support such as managing key deliverables to ensure compliance and review on a weekly basis and running and posting daily calibration reports etc.
  • Maintain historical compensation documents.Assist in Reviewing compensation policies and potential recommendations for updates.
  • Assist in Identifying trends and researching internal or external factors influencing the trends and making recommendations for improvements.
