Job Role: Team Leader
Job Location: Sector 63 Noida Uttar Pradesh

Shift Timing For both Female & Male candidates 9:30 Am to 6:30 PM (Fixed Shift)
Role and responsibilities
- Manage the overall running of the sales team
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a companys customer base and solidify its presence
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams strengths and weaknesses
- Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships
- Developing and implementing new sales initiatives strategies and programmers to capture key demographics
- Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Required candidates with sales experience.
- Experience 6 month to 1 year at least.
- Selfmotivated and driven by targets.
- Good Team player. Working mode
- Work from office
- 6 Days working
- Day shift/ Rotational off
