Job description: Lead Journeyman 06 Technician $5000 signing bonus
Security Services NW is looking for a motivatedJourneyman 06 Alarm Technician to work in our Security & Fire Alarm division in Sequim WA.

From providing armed and unarmed security officers and patrol services to installing burglar alarms and CCTV systems we are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest level of service.
Pay: $45.00$60.00 per hour
Responsibilities: Demonstrated technical skills to work independently on all job types from beginning to end. Able to direct the work and coach other technicians to maximize efficiency and build effective teams. Provide both onthejob training to all levels of technicians.
Interact with customers to provide great customer service and identify additional opportunities for SSNW. Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills Work with management to identify areas of improvement and implement those changes. Able to lead a Fire & Security alarm installation and direct others to their respective roles. Work directly with customers onsite to communicate the results of the work completed and any followup required.
Able to train customers on the system being installed. Demonstrate troubleshooting and problemsolving skills in the field. Reviews the following weeks schedule and communicates with leads. Arrives onsite prepared and on time Maintains quality ongoing notes. Maintain positive relationships with Project managers Admin and Sales Team. Complete all required paperwork on time and have a professional appearance. Must selfdispatch to sites ensuring timely arrival to customers homes and businesses.
Qualifications: High School diploma GED or equivalent. 46 years of alarm installation experience as a 06. Valid WA drivers license.
Valid Electrical 06 license and a NICET II Certification. Must pass a background check.
