Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge of: Curriculum management as it relates to 3D imaging and craniofacial orthodontics. Clinical management of all types of adult and adolescent orthodontic malocclusions craniofacial anomalies patients orthognathic surgery patients and most widely used fixed appliances in current use. Education: DMD / DDS or equivalent and an Orthodontic Certificate and a Master of Science degree or its equivalent. Completion of a Specialty Program in Radiology and Board Eligible. Certificate of Craniofacial Orthodontics fellowship. At least three years of experience in research activities and/or have a PhD degree. Minimum three years of orthodontic practice experience for clinical instruction and supervision of patient care. Licenses/Certifications Active license to practice dentistry. Valid CPR certification.

Ability to: Communicate effectively with a diverse population of patients students staff faculty and administration. Work independently with minimal supervision. Maintain professional composure and demeanor at all times. Inspire excellence and promote innovations. Promote vision mission and core values of the school. Other: Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Demonstrated experience in advancing social justice equity and inclusion in a university setting. Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work.
