Job Description
Description of the Role:
At Gray Chevrolet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram we are currently seeking a skilled and experienced FrontEnd Alignment and Brake Specialist to join our team in Stroudsburg Pennsylvania. As a FrontEnd Alignment and Brake Specialist you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and expertise in diagnosing repairing and maintaining vehicle frontend alignments and brake systems. You will play a key role in ensuring the safety and optimum performance of our customers vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate frontend alignments using stateoftheart equipment.
- Inspect diagnose and repair any issues with vehicle frontend alignments.
- Inspect diagnose and repair brake systems including brake pads rotors calipers and hydraulic systems.
- Perform maintenance services such as tire rotations and balancing.
- Collaborate with other automotive technicians to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Document repairs and services performed accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a FrontEnd Alignment and Brake Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing frontend alignment and brake system issues.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems components and operations.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Detailoriented with a strong commitment to delivering highquality work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
