For more information visit and Foods Corporate Services LLC seeks a fulltimeApplication Development Team Lead EDI responsible for managing and executing the assigned Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) programs Onboarding Migration Releases and Support across multiple platforms and EDI protocols. Duties include: Building relationships with external colleagues in the distribution network and customer supply chains; managing and executing multiple competing demands; establishing priorities for team ;interfacing with Hormels third party EDI provider as well as third party providers for multiple trading partners; reacting to the iterative nature of EDI testing and onboarding with many stakeholders and continuously pivoting as necessary to keep the team aligned with dynamic priorities; creating an engaging team that drives results for the organization; training developing mentoring and ensuring success of assigned team members; performing quarterly and annual performance reviews; assisting in setting task and project priorities and establishing and adhering to project deadlines; working with the business (i.e. Manager of Business Applications) by understanding business processes and challenges; recommending solutions on how to solve; working with business to perform all steps in the Systems Development Life Cycle; troubleshooting issues with existing processes and programs; working with business to resolve test and migrate fixes to Production environment; maintaining and enhancing existing processes based on business input; ensuring proper testing and validation before migrating to Production environment; and directing the daytoday work and priorities of the team assigned to support the EDI infrastructure and onboard new trading partners. Excellent understanding of business complexity and project interdependencies with ability to work with the vast array of information and to cope with rapidly changing information to work in a collaborative environment including facilitation skills to lead requirements workshops. Responsible for automation of failed instances of EDI files without manual intervention in the tool and perform optimization for data flows with various applications; Participate in a continuous improvement process to reduce ticket volumes and improve overall production support service and efficiency by identifying recurring or potential issues & recommending solutions.
This position requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent in Computer Science Electronics Engineering or a related field and 8 years related (progressive postbaccalaureate) experience. Must also have 5 years of experience with each of the following: 1 Leading team of developers (offshore remote and onpremise) organizing and delegating workload of various Development and Production support activities around B2B and EDI Commerce managing daytoday operations creating reports managing external EDI partner expectations and updating clients on activity progress these activities; 2 Developing business processes and EDI mappings04 and 867 for different EDI transaction formats (ANSI EDIFACT VDA TRADACOMMS XML CSV) which includes all supply chain and other custom EDI transactions based on specifications provided in requirement document using Agile process; 3 Working with external EDI Providers establishing various communication protocols for connectivity such as FTPs FTP SFTP AS2 HTTPS & VAN for B2B applications along with File Gateway configurations by enabling and setting up the MFT CMT queues Routing and Delivery Channels; 4 Working within Windows and Unix using JAVA and Shell Scripting and utilizing tools including IBM Sterling Integrator 6.0 System Integration Architects (SIA) Framework Manager Sterling File Gateway Sterling Secure Proxy SImon: TV EDISIM Sterling Map Editor AS400 TLE MFCOBOL GPM ODEX Plus TPO Service Now and HPE Service Manager; 5 Developing and testing plans and test cases participating in functional unit testing regression testing and endtoend testing phases to analyze and solve the defects in maps business processes and partner setups during major release; 6 Production deployment postimplementation hyper care support of EDI transactions monitoring of EDI jobs and resolving job failures while following compliance standards with SOX. Will accept experience gained concurrently. Position is a hybrid position with an intermittent inoffice requirement. Worker must be able to commute as needed to Austin MN and be able to work inoffice as apply online at Salary: $122366 to $170000/year.
