Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Assistant Professor to join our team at RK HR Management Private Limited. As an Assistant Professor you will be responsible for delivering highquality teaching and providing academic support to students. This is a fulltime position located in Anand Gujarat India with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in teaching. The ideal candidate should have a passion for education and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of a Masters degree in the relevant field
- 1 to 3 years of teaching/assistant professor experience
- Proven track record of delivering highquality instruction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge and expertise in the subject area
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and technologies
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver highquality lectures and engaging academic presentations
- Develop and update course materials including syllabi assignments and assessments
- Provide academic guidance and support to students including mentoring and advising
- Conduct research in the relevant field and publish scholarly articles
- Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development
- Assist in the design and implementation of academic programs
- Participate in student recruitment activities and contribute to the growth of the department
- Stay updated with advancements in the field and incorporate them into the curriculum
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching and research skills
