Concierge Care is currently recruiting and facilitating TOP PAY RATES for compassionate and caring CNAs. The CNA performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the clients needs. The CNA is responsible for observing patients and reporting these observations while performing client care. The CNA will be assigned in a manner that promotes quality continuity and safety of a patients care.

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living including dressing bathing toileting and grooming.

• Assist with light housekeeping such as laundry vacuuming tiding up (etc)

• Prepare and serve meals snacks and drinks.

• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to a caregiver or medical staff.

• Accompany patients to medical appointments or social outings if needed.

• Observe and monitor changes in health conditions and report to office staff.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA License From the State of Florida

• CPR Certified (American Heart Assoc. or Red Cross)

• Health statement stating you are Free of symptoms of Communicable Diseases signed by a ARNP or D.O (less than 6 months old)

• Level II Background (in the AHCA database)

• 3 Hour Alzheimers certificate (FBON approved)

• 2 Hour HIV/Aids Certificate

• 2 Assistance With Self Administration Of Medication (DOE approved)

• Valid drivers license or ID
