Leap is one of the major transformation programs currently at Pernod Ricard. It is focused on designing and building our futureproof ERP system enabling the harmonization of all transactional processes across the Group.

Ready to take a LEAP Pernod Ricard is looking for a Global Business Process Manager Supply Chain & Intercompany Flows!

The Supply Chain & Intercompany Flows Manager is pivotal in designing specifying and leading the development of intercompany transaction processes within the target ERP system. This key role focuses on creating a standardized and harmonized framework to manage all intercompany flows including goods transactions financial settlements and reconciliations across Pernod Ricards global operations. The aim is to ensure efficiency leverage SAP capabilities to improve ways of working within Pernod Ricard.

You will be based at The Island our office in central Paris.

Your key missions:

  • Process Design for Intercompany Transactions:Lead the design of comprehensive processes for managing intercompany flows focusing on order management flow optimization including automation of compliance checks to strengthen this process at the cornerstone of collaboration from Pernod Ricard.

  • Specification Development:Define clear specifications for intercompany transaction processes to be integrated into the ERP system detailing workflow steps data requirements and control points.

  • ERP Development:Spearhead the development and implementation of designed intercompany processes within the ERP system working closely with Tech business and ERP specialists to ensure accurate functionality and integration.

  • Harmonization and Standardization:Ensure the designed intercompany processes are standardized and harmonized across all organizational entities promoting consistency and efficiency in global operations.

  • CrossFunctional Collaboration:Collaborate with finance customer service and supply chain departments to gather requirements and ensure the intercompany processes meet all internal and external compliance standards.

  • Change Management

  • Drive organizational change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of the new SAP template.

  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged.

  • Address resistance and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Masters degree in engineering or business school

  • At least 8 years of experience in the consumer goods industry

  • Experience in intercompany logistics flow and/or accounting

  • SAP Savvy is a nice to have but proficiency in ERP systems and process management tools is a must

  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and crossfunctional team environment

  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities

  • Fluent English French and Spanish appreciated but not mandatory

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Business Travels:50 of the time during the pilot phase
