Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Observing and reporting changes of physical and mental conditions
- Companionship and conversation
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Completion of a State approved CNA or HHA or PCA certification training course
- Proof of TB test
- MA drivers license and/or reliable transportation
