Position Summary:
- Create unforgettable experiences for guests from arrival to departure with exceptional service.
- Securely Park guest vehicles deliver bags and manage amenities according to hotel policies.
- Assist the Front Office team with general operational tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Welcome guests to their rooms explaining all features and hotel offerings.
- Be knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area providing expert recommendations to exceed guest expectations.
- Strengthen relationships with both existing and new guests delivering our legendary service and facilitating future bookings.
- Advise on local Melbourne activities tag and deliver luggage to guest rooms handle mail and parcels for guests and the hotel.
About You:
- Hold a current and valid drivers license.
- Have experience in a similar role preferably within a luxury environment.
- Must have working rights in Australia to be considered for the role
- Passionate about advancing your career within a dynamic team environment.
