CAPITAL Ford of Charlotte is on the lookout for a friendly driven and detailoriented Automotive Porter/Valet to become a vital part of our dealership team. If youre passionate about cars love working with people and enjoy keeping things organized and running smoothly this is the role for you!
As an Automotive Porter/Valet youll be more than just a lot attendantyoull be a key player in creating an exceptional first and last impression for our customers. From keeping our lot spotless to offering topnotch valet service your mission is to ensure every visitor feels welcomed and taken care of from the moment they arrive.
What Youll Do:
Keep our dealership lot clean organized and looking sharp at all times
Move and park vehicles with care following dealership layout and standards
Perform regular lot checks and report anything that needs attention
Greet customers with a smile help with parking and retrieve vehicles when needed
Answer questions and lend a hand to ensure a smooth enjoyable customer experience
Support our team with vehicle inventory tracking and lot organization
Take on additional duties that help keep our operations running like a welloiled machine
What Were Looking For:
Prior experience as a porter valet or in a similar role is a big plus
Excellent multitasking skills and a strong sense of organization
A natural peopleperson with topnotch customer service abilities
Able to work outdoors and handle physical tasks (youll be on your feet and moving!
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Must be able to pass preemployment background screenings
