Global Project Manager - Supply Chain Solutions Job

Position Summary:

The Account Management team is responsible for designing customized solutions for our client in global supply chain management customer relationship management online platforms financial services and much more. We understand our unique client business models and design solutions in close cooperation with them and then subsequently implement the solution order to support our growth targets we are looking for a strong Project Manager who can drive critical projects with minimal supervision and bring a solid level of systems/process knowledge and can serve as the teams Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the diverse array of components that make up our overall client integrated SCM landscape.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements
• Partner in the design ofglobal supply chain managementsolutions
• Extensive project management
• Coordinate RFP response process
• Partner on client integration
• Develop P&L and pricing for different projects
• Develop financial analysis and simulation of the designed solution
• Analyze problems detect root causes and resolve all issues
• Prepare proposals and presentations
• Deliver presentations and effectively articulate pros and cons facts and figures and broad business topics to management employees peers vendors and clients
• Provide sales support and partnership in the identification of opportunities for new solutions
• Contribute to gross margin growth
• Travel up to 50 (project specific)

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Strong knowledge of SAP and client interfaces
• Experience of working with companies in Hightech
• Experience of managing RFPs (Request for Proposal)
• Understanding of warehousing transportation customs clearance fundamentals
• Strong analytical skills strategic thinking
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional follow through discipline
• Ability to transfer best practice business process and procedure globally
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with global stakeholders across business units at all levels as well as external client communications at all levels
• Strong leadership skills and exceptional customer service focus
• Strong team player who can partner effectively with all levels of our employee and management team
• High degree of intercultural affinity because we are a global company
• Operates as an independent proactive motivated selfstarter who remains focused on task and delivering results in timely manner
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed
• Understands business modeling
• Excellent MS office/iWork skills
• Use of Apple equipment is a plus
• Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management

Education/Experience:

BS/BA in Supply Chain Management economics or Business Administration preferred
