Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning design or related field

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver technical professional and management training programs for associates at various levels
* Coordinate and schedule delivery resources for learning and performance needs
* Evaluate the effectiveness of performance solutions and contribute to the design of evaluation tools
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to establish learning objectives and develop training materials
* Customize content to align with learner needs and educational goals
* Create visual audio and interactive learning content using specified tools and applications
* Utilize problemsolving skills and strategic thinking in task management and project
* Manage tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced collaborative environment
* Design and develop learning solutions to address performance gaps for all levels of associates and management
* Lead learning and performancerelated projects including customer service training initiatives and team effectiveness
Requirements
* Strong technical and design skills
* Proficiency in Articulate 360 Adobe and other relevant tools
* Excellent problemsolving time management and communication skills
* Adaptability and collaboration in a fastpaced environment
* Attention to detail feedback incorporation ownership and accountability
