Our client is a brandnew British restaurant situated in central London. Part of a prestigious group which is owned by a highly acclaimed restauranteur they are looking for a highly experienced Head Chef to lead and inspire their growing kitchen brigade.
You will ideally be available to start immediately.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Head Chef
- 30000 per annum plus 25000 tronc variable service charge on top

Responsibilities as the Head Chef
- Creating a variety of highquality modern British dishes that celebrate the seasons for up to 280 covers a day
- Leading managing and motivating the kitchen brigade
- Showcasing your culinary expertise and passing on invaluable knowledge from your career
- Letting your creative juices flow as you create menu items to wow guests
- Going above and beyond to ensure all dishes are of a consistent topquality
The restaurant will serve a hyperseasonal menu that celebrates the best of British produce. Therefore you will be responsible for creating a menu of spectacular dishes that allow both British and global influences to shine through for up to 280 covers a day.
