Job Description
Overview
We are currently looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to work directly with our Supply Chain team. The Warehouse Coordinator will work directly with our Warehouse Leads to ensure all product listings product descriptions and purchase orders are up to date and accurate.
Responsibilities
- Receive approved requests from Operations Supply Chain and Warehouse
- Initiate purchase order and follow throughout of updating back orders and communicating issues timely to OPS/Supply Chain
- Work directly with established suppliers.
- Acts as liaison between vendors and internal customers. Positive outlook and valueadded input.
- Maintains all document control of purchase order.
- Works with specified warehouse manager to ensure that receipt of materials is maintained and documents and acts as checks/balance to ensure Teams are in line with Expanse Values.
Qualifications
- Excel and basic computer skills.
- Understands basic supply chain principles.
- Excellent organizational skills ability to multitask with attention to detail.
- Selfmotivated team player and ability to follow direction.
- High level of discretion with confidential material
