Job Description

Join the Facilities Management team as a Custodian where you can be a part of a great crew. Work at a stable company where you will find supportive coworkers and managers.

This is a fulltime benefit eligible job working day hours 5:00 am to 1:30 pm). Monday Friday is the primary shift. Some weekend hours are required in addition to the primary shift.

Custodians are responsible for the cleaning and custodial care of buildings and working areas. Uses proper and established methods and materials in cleaning and otherwise caring for building areas. Follows a wellestablished routine.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand and walk. This position is very active and requires standing walking bending kneeling stooping and crouching all day. The employee must frequently lift and move items up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Experience preferred

Attention to detail

Ability to listen and understand spoken information and ideas

Ability to bend stretch twist or reach with your body arms and/or legs and lift push pull or carry objects up to 50 lbs.
