Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead Deal Support through crossfunctional influencing skills on the highest value/most complex renewals across Gartner; implement programs ensuring Gartners retention and growth strategy
  • Create scalable action plans and lead presentations in planning sessions and strategy meetings with Senior Leaders across Team NCVI partners
  • Drive strong collaboration with Client Value Managers (CVMs) and our Center of Excellence partners to build strong business cases for renewal and growth of our large deals
  • Lead quantitative & qualitative analyses to solve Gartners retention and growth challenges; partner with crossfunctional teams to implement solutions
  • Drive constant improvement and renovation/innovation of our processes and tools to improve quality and productivity along with scaling the teams operational model to deliver exceptional deal support.
  • Own your actions measure progress and lead initiatives/ complex projects to completion with actiondriven insights

Must Haves:

  • Bachelors degree with 57 years of experience in completing complex analyses and solving challenging business problems as a business analyst/ consultant at a toptier consulting firm investment banking associate or strategy analyst for a leading company
  • Masters degree preferred
  • Ability to influence leaders to drive business outcomes and growth
  • Ability to synthesize complex problems into simple concise statements/ core messages and present/ communicate to key stakeholders and clients
  • Outstanding project management skills (projects involving internal and external stakeholders) with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads
  • Forward thinking ability in order to anticipate and mitigate risks to client retention
  • Analytical and proficient in MS Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint and is able to clearly present and articulate through PPT

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 106000 USD 145000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO a 401k match up to $7200 per year the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount and more.
