TITLE: Director of Compensation (hybrid role)
INDUSTRY: Engineering/Construction
LOCATION: San Antonio TX
COMPENSATION: Depends on experience
RELOCATION: Paid
GREAT WELLESTABLISHED company needs a Director of Compensation as they continue to grow.
SUMMARY:
Responsible for designing planning developing implementing and administering strategic compensation programs policies and processes that support the companys longterm goals as well as the retention and attraction of a global workforce
Will work closely with key business leaders
Lead/coach mentor the compensation team
REQUIREMENTS:
10 years of Compensation experience
Leadership experience
Experience in publicly traded global companies
Bachelors degree
