Industrial Project Manager Process Piping
Great Basin Staffing LLC
Location: Phoenix AZ
Salary: $120000 $160000 annually (DOE)
Status: FullTime Monday Friday Occasional weekends and evenings required
Travel: Required to local offices and job sites
Overview:
Great Basin Staffing LLC is seeking a resultsdriven Industrial Project Manager to lead and manage process piping and mechanical projects across commercial and industrial environments. This role requires an experienced professional who can take full ownership of project from preconstruction to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge clientfacing communication skills and the ability to coordinate across departments and field teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of process piping and mechanical projects

Develop project budgets forecasts and ensure cost control

Lead client communications proposals and contract negotiations

Coordinate labor installation sequencing and subcontractor performance

Conduct job walks review plans and adjust resources as needed

Maintain project documentation billing and closeout procedures

Collaborate with internal departments including Engineering Purchasing Construction and Accounting

Mentor junior staff and support recruitment efforts when needed
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred)

5 years of experience managing industrial piping or mechanical construction projects $50K $25M)

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Proven ability to independently manage multiple complex projects

Knowledge of job costing project lifecycle planning and field operations

Valid driver s license and ability to travel to job sites as required
