Job Description

Job Opening: Junior Event Coordinator
Remote (Philippinesbased preferred)
Schedule: 9 PM 5 AM PHT (to align with 9 AM 5 PM EST)
Salary: $1000 $1100/month

Our company is known for delivering unforgettable dining and event experiences. As our event bookings grow were seeking a Junior Event Coordinator to support the team behind the scenes with precision professionalism and a flair for hospitality.


The Role

As our Junior Event Coordinator you ll support the event operations team by keeping our reservation systems up to date assisting with client communications and managing the details that make each event shine. This is a remote entrylevel role with growth potential for the right person someone who s techsavvy organized and eager to learn in a fastpaced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain an organized database of upcoming bookings and client preferences

  • Assist with invoicing deposits and payment tracking for reservations

  • Keep detailed records of available dates for our main dining and karaoke rooms

  • Organize all reservation details including accurate headcounts and special requests

  • Draft confirmation emails reminders and followups using provided templates

  • Support inbox management and respond to general eventrelated inquiries

  • Update menu options pricing and package information as needed

  • Use and maintain systems like Resy Triple Seat Loyalist and Google Drive

  • Communicate key event details with the event manager and onsite team

  • Assist in collecting feedback updating records and analyzing booking trends


Who You Are

  • Based in the Philippines and available during night shift hours (PHT)

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Techsavvy especially with Google Workspace (Drive Docs Sheets)

  • A fast learner adaptable across multiple booking and CRM systems

  • Great at following instructions and comfortable with repetitive tasks

  • Strong in written English with clear professional communication

  • A team player with a hospitalityfirst mindset
