Job Description
GTN is currently partnering with a leading consulting firm that provides strategic ERP solutions to small and midsize manufacturing and distribution companies across North America. Were looking for an experienced Infor CSI/Syteline Operations Consultant to join their expert team and support clients in optimizing their ERP systems for longterm success.
This is a remotebased role with travel up to 50 and offers the chance to make a real impact on client operations through ERP innovation automation and process improvement.
What You ll Be Doing:

Lead and support fullcycle Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/Syteline) ERP implementations and optimizations.

Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and deliver actionable ERPdriven solutions.

Configure CSI modules train end users and support postgolive activities including Infor CSI & Ming.le.

Leverage APS scheduling expertise to enhance production planning and .

Identify system/process gaps and develop tailored improvements and personalizations.

Provide crossfunctional support across client teams and departments.

Maintain awareness of system updates and continuously improve your technical skills.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients ensuring longterm success and adoption.
Who You Are:
-
3 5 years of handson experience with Infor CSI/Syteline.

Background in manufacturing operations or leadership within a manufacturing setting.

Proven experience with ERP implementation projects.

Strong skills in Excel PowerPoint Visio and business process mapping.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Selfmotivated collaborative and comfortable in dynamic client environments.

Degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
