PreLitigation Attorney
Career Consulting Partners is partnered with a large Personal Injury Law firm that has been voted as one of Americas Most Feared Plaintiff Firms.We are seeking a PreLitigation Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys direct client interaction and is passionate about resolving claims during the prelitigation stage.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters in the prelitigation stage
- Engage directly with clients medical providers and insurance companies
- Assess liability damages and case value to drive results
- Draft and review demand letters negotiate settlements and prepare comprehensive case summaries
- Supervise and collaborate with case managers and legal assistants to ensure case progress and client satisfaction.
- Develop strategic case plans tailored to each clients needs
- Prepare cases for potential litigation or favorable settlement outcomes
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Licensed to practice law in California (required)
- 25 years of experience in personal injury law with an emphasis on prelitigation
- Able tothrive in a fastpaced highvolume environment
- Must possess exceptional communication negotiation and organizational skills
- Empathetic and passionate about fighting for the rights of the injured
- You understand the importance of client service and consistent followthrough
- Comfortable with modern case management systems and collaborative tools
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS:
- Salary: $130000 $175000
