About the role as Client Support Specialist

The Client Support Specialist plays a vital role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. This position involves supporting both our clients and their employees (our endusers) by addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing outstanding customer service. Support is offered across extended hours through email and chat. Additionally the team is responsible for training and enhancing the performance of our AI chatbot.

This Client Support Specialist team consists of six people located in Vilnius and Stockholm. They collaborate closely with Benifex Client Success Professional Services and Customer Services teams.

The team provides nearroundtheclock support to our clients Monday through Friday. We are now seeking a new colleague to join us on the afternoon/evening shift working 1:00 pm 10:00 pm MondayFriday.

As a Client Support Specialist you will:

  • Provide support to our clients and their employees via email and live chat.
  • Assist in training Benifex AI chatbot to handle both generic and client/marketspecific inquiries.
  • Troubleshoot investigate and resolve configuration issues and incidents.
  • Develop expertise in the functionalities of the Benifex platform and complete basic configuration or integration tasks as assigned.
  • Respond to client service questions with clarity and professionalism.
  • Evaluate and scope client change requests.
  • Execute assigned tasks from the client action log and track progress effectively.
  • Contribute to creating structure maintaining documentation and driving continuous improvement initiatives

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience working with chatbots.
  • Familiarity with JIRA.
  • Experience using tools such as Salesforce Service Cloud Zendesk or similar platforms.
