The Role
As a Senior Associate/Associate Managerin our Audit team youll be instrumental in delivering exceptional audit services to a varied and impactful portfolio of charity and notforprofit clients. Based in our Bristol office youll lead audit engagements from planning through to completion ensuring highquality delivery and a seamless client experience. Youll work closely with managers and partners supporting the wider team and playing a key role in developing junior colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Audit Engagements: Take ownership of audits from initial planning to final signoff ensuring technical excellence and compliance throughout.
- Client Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with charity and NFP clients gaining a strong understanding of their operations and offering proactive valueadded insight.
- Team Collaboration: Liaise closely with managers partners and colleagues across the firm to deliver a joinedup service and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Review & Supervision: Review the work of junior team members providing constructive feedback and onthejob coaching to support their development.
- Technical Delivery: Maintain uptodate knowledge of auditing standards regulations and developments within the charity and notforprofit sector.
Qualifications Knowledge & Experience:
- Qualified Auditor: You are ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong audit background gained within a UK accountancy practicewhether Top 10 midtier or independent.
- Sector Interest: You have a genuine interest in the charity and notforprofit space and are looking to develop your expertise in a purposedriven sector.
- Confident Communicator: Youre comfortable engaging with clients and internal teams able to explain technical matters clearly and professionally.
- DetailOriented & Organised: You thrive in a fastpaced environment managing deadlines with confidence and consistently delivering highquality work.

The Nitty Gritty
- Our standard working week is a 37.5hour week on a hybrid basis (with up to 50 of your time across the month home based and the other 50 office based)
- Core working hours are 10am 4pm Monday to Friday
