Biology Teacher Outstanding School Surrey
An Outstanding Ofstedrated secondary school in Surrey requires a dedicated and enthusiastic Biology Teacher to join their successful Science department. This is a fulltime permanent position teaching across Key Stages 3 4 and 5. The school is committed to fostering a deep understanding and appreciation of the living world.
Responsibilities:
The successful Biology Teacher will plan and deliver highquality lessons that meet the requirements of the National Curriculum and examination specifications. You will create a stimulating and supportive learning environment that fosters a love of biology and encourages scientific inquiry. Assessing student progress effectively providing constructive feedback and contributing to the development of the Biology curriculum are key duties for the Biology Teacher.
Requirements:
Candidates must be a qualified Biology Teacher (QTS) with a degree in Biology or a closely related subject. Proven experience teaching Biology at the secondary level including ALevel is essential. Strong subject knowledge a passion for biology and excellent communication and classroom management skills are required. We are looking for an engaging Biology Teacher.
