What Youll Be Doing
As a Year 5 Teacher youll make a lasting impact by engaging students in a dynamic curriculum helping them master new concepts and prepare for the challenges of the next stage of their education. Heres what youll be doing:
- Lead with Passion: Plan and deliver engaging challenging lessons that spark curiosity and help Year 5 students explore a wide range of subjects indepth.

- Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Create a supportive classroom where students feel confident motivated and ready to learn.
- Monitor and Celebrate Progress: Regularly assess student progress offering constructive feedback and setting clear goals for growth.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with colleagues to create engaging lessons share best practices and continue developing innovative teaching strategies.
- Build Strong Relationships: Connect with parents and guardians providing regular updates on student progress and addressing any concerns or celebrations.
What Were Looking For
Were looking for a Year 5 Teacher who is passionate dedicated and ready to make a difference! Heres what were looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 2 with a solid understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
- A natural ability to engage and inspire students to reach their full potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to building strong relationships with students parents and colleagues.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
