Job Title: Listing Optimization Specialist
Job Type: Fulltime Remote Offshore

The Listing Optimization Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing property listings. This position involves overseeing all aspects of listing creation including content accuracy image placement and ongoing improvements to maximize the visibility and performance of the listings.
Essential Functions:
Listing Creation & Setup: Manage the creation of new listings and the setup of properties ensuring that listing descriptions and photos are of the highest quality and accurately represent the properties.
Photo Organization: Organize the photo sequence for new listings based on internal guidelines performance data and leadership input. Provide suggestions to enhance photoshoots and editing as needed.
Platform Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to listing outages or platform problems by collaborating with thirdparty partners.
Content & Policy Updates: Revise and update listing content policies and platform regulations to ensure consistency and alignment with marketing strategies.
Host Account Strategy: Develop and manage strategies for host accounts including platformspecific promotions and achieving Superhost status to support revenue goals.
Review Management: Monitor respond to and proactively seek reviews to ensure that listings maintain positive and impactful feedback.
Administrative & ProjectBased Tasks: Perform administrative auditing and other projectbased tasks as required.
Requisites:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 35 years) is required.
Proficient in English with strong written communication skills.
Experience with cloudbased software tools for workflow management and listing creation.
Proficient in data analysis using tools like Excel and Google Sheets.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proven ability to drive results through strategic marketing initiatives.
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional reliable and feedbackdriven work ethic.
Excellent planning timemanagement and multitasking abilities.
