Job Description
Tasks
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities onsite
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Collaborate with architects engineers and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Review and interpret project plans specifications and contracts
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements
- Manage project budgets including cost estimation tracking and reporting
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams including subcontractors and field staff
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Job Type: Fulltime
Salary: Competitive (DOE)
Schedule:
- 10hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Requirements
Required Skills and Abilities
- Indepth knowledge of construction management software (e.g. Procore Prolog Primavera)
- Strong understanding of construction processes techniques and materials
- Familiarity with contract documents and ability to interpret construction plans and specifications
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
- Proficient in budgeting and cost control procedures
- Knowledge of safety regulations and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
