Job Description
We are Innovative Robot Delivery a startup founded by the inventors of the DHL Packstation. We are on a mission to reinvent lastmile logistics again. Our solution: Smarcel an intelligent mobile parcel locker that brings automation and sustainability to parcel delivery.
Now as we launch our first pilot in the real world were looking for a handson Engineering student with a passion for mechatronics usercentered thinking and reallife problemsolving to support our pilot in a temporary job from beginning of May until mid June 2025.
Tasks
What youll do
- Support and monitor our first field pilot of the Smarcel Locker onsite in Stockholm
- Conduct user studies: observe customer behavior usability and edge cases during real interactions with Smarcel.
- Troubleshoot and physically intervene when mechanical or electrical components need adjustment.
- Document performance incidents and user feedback for further development.
- (Optional) Contribute to technical diagnostics using tools like Swagger API testing tools or command line.
Requirements
What were looking for
- Students of Engineering ideally with mechatronics background.
- You love to get your hands dirty: screwdrivers multimeters and quick fixes are your thing.
- Strong observation skills and a genuine interest in humanmachine interaction.
- Reliability independence and a structured working style.
- Bonus: interest in IoT APIs or general IT topics.
