SWEAR London is an exclusively madetoorder brand operating on a madetoorder principle. As the brand doesnt hold readymade shoes we manage to minimize material waste.

Your mission

As a Marketing Lead Specialist you will be responsible for:

PlatformE B2B Marketing (Primary Function)

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • This role requires a blend of creative thinking strategic planning and analytical skills.
  • Were seeking a handson driven person with a genuine passion for diving into brand trends.

General Responsibilities

Marketing & Growth Strategy

  • Strong expertise in GoToMarket (GTM) strategy and business development.
  • Lead generation & demand generation using organic and paid channels.
  • Experience with brand positioning and messaging in a competitive landscape.
  • Digital marketing strategy including paid and organic growth strategies.

Performance & Data Analytics

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics Google Search Console Google Ads Ahrefs TikTok LinkedIn and Meta.
  • Datadriven decisionmaking with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills

knowledge of creating marketing KPIs.

  • Experience in lead tracking and analysis via Google Tag Manager.

CRM & Lead Management

  • Handson experience with Apollo HubSpot and CRM platforms.
  • Ability to create manage and optimize lead pipelines for B2B sales
  • Experience with ABM campaigns.

Website & Platform Management

  • Experience managing Webflow websites (or willingness to learn).
  • Basic understanding of WIX or similar CMS for website updates.
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms & online marketplaces.

Content & Creative Strategy

  • Experience creating sales & product enablement presentations using Canva or PowerPoint.
  • Strong copywriting skills for website email and ad content.
  • Understanding of social media engagement strategies.

What youll bring to the team

  • Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field B2C and B2B SaaS experience >2 years)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a datadriven mindset
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Fluently in English
  • An empathetic inclusive and curious attitude

Nice to Have

Technical & Automation Skills

  • Familiarity with Google Apps Script for automation
  • Basic Python and web sing knowledge for data enrichment
  • Comfort using Terminal for data processing and workflow automation
