About You
Youll play a key role in driving growth by ensuring our customers achieve maximum value. Working closely with the founding team youll develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement retention and satisfaction.

- Presales & Onboarding: Onboarding prospects and customers based on their goals and internal framework for success
- Nurturing: Keeping track of product adoption with our analytics tool to make sure customers are aware of new functionalities
