Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse Intermediate Care for a 13week travel/contract assignment in Utica New York. Both local and traveler candidates are welcome to apply.
Job Details:
- Shift: Day; 6:30a7p
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2160 $2340
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients conditions and vital signs.
- Develop implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and posttreatment care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Respond to patient emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort.
Experience:
-
Minimum 2 years of IMCU/PCU experience (travel documented)
Certifications (Current):
- AHA BLS
- AHA ACLS
- NIHSS
License:
-
Active New York (NY) RN License
Travel & Local Considerations:
- Candidates outside a 75mile radius qualify for travel pay.
