About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Analytics Manager to lead the data strategy at Fitelo a fastgrowing health and wellness platform. This is a highimpact leadership role where youll champion datadriven decisionmaking and shape the analytical foundation that powers our growth product innovation and user experience.As an Analytics Leader this role will further lead analytical and reporting projects design analyses and present recommendations to leaders across Risk.

This is a highimpact leadership role where youll champion datadriven decisionmaking and shape the analytical foundation that powers our growth product innovation and user experience.As an Analytics Leader this role will further lead analytical and reporting projects design analyses and present recommendations to leaders across Risk.
Specifically this role will involve:
- Developing and maintaining data pipelines for efficient data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) processes.
- Designing and optimizing data storage solutions including data warehouses and data lakes.
- Ensuring data quality and integrity through data validation cleansing and error handling.
- Collaborating with data analysts data architects and software engineers to understand data requirements and deliver relevant data sets (e.g. for business intelligence).
- Implementing data security measures and access controls to protect sensitive information.
- Automating and improving data processes and workflows for scalability and efficiency.
- Monitoring data infrastructure for performance and reliability to address issues promptly.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering.
- Documenting data pipelines processes and best practices for knowledge sharing.
- Participating in data governance and compliance efforts to meet regulatory requirements.
- Providing technical support and mentoring to junior data engineers if applicable.
- Continuously optimizing data architecture to support the companys evolving data needs.
- Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to drive datadriven decisionmaking within the organization.
Ideal candidate will have:
- 3 years of experience in the data science domain with at least 2 years of experience managing associates from data science and engineering domains
- Experience in driving business priorities by translating strategies into technical roadmaps and ensuring progress in a crossteam environment
- Proficiency in data modeling and database management.
- Strong programming skills (e.g. Python Java SQL and MongoDb).
- Strong Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark.
- Proficient in Spark and BigQuery.
- Experience with ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure or Google Cloud).
- Degrees in computer science or related fields.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in a quantitative field (math computer science engineering etc.
