Key Responsibilities
Manage endtoend recruitment processes including sourcing interviewing and
hiring.
Conduct onboarding activities and ensure seamless integration of new employees into
the organization.
Identify training needs and organize development programs to enhance employee
skills and performance.
Maintain accurate attendance records and manage leave policies in compliance with
organizational norms.
Assist in processing payroll including verifying attendance leave and other
compensation details.
Plan and execute employee engagement and welfare initiatives to promote a positive
work culture.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (MIS).
Prepare and issue HR letters documents and certificates as required.
Support daily HR functions and ensure compliance with HR policies and practices.
Assist in audits grievance resolution and other ad hoc HR activities as needed.

Qualification
MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
34 years of experience
Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
