Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Generative AI Specialist to join our innovative team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in artificial intelligence machine learning and deep learning with a specific focus on generative AI models and applications. You will work on developing deploying and optimizing stateoftheart generative AI solutions to solve complex business problems and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Model Development:
- Design develop and finetune generative AI models such as GPT DALLE Stable Diffusion and others for various applications.
- Leverage frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or JAX to build and train models.
- Research and Innovation:
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and explore their application in business contexts.
- Conduct experiments to test the feasibility and performance of new AI techniques.
- Solution Deployment:
- Implement and deploy generative AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
- Optimize models for performance scalability and efficiency.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including data scientists software engineers and product managers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Understand business requirements and propose AIdriven solutions to meet them.
- Data Management:
- Prepare preprocess and manage large datasets for training generative AI models.
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor deployed models and refine them based on feedback and realworld performance metrics.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AI model functionality.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Data Science Artificial Intelligence or related fields.
- Experience:
- 5 8 years of experience in AI/ML with at least 3 years working on generative AI models.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python R or Java.
- Handson experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch Keras etc.
- Strong knowledge of transformer architectures (e.g. GPT BERT) and diffusion models.
- Familiarity with NLP computer vision and multimodal AI solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Sagemaker Azure AI GCP AI) for model training and deployment.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for AI and its applications.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with tools like Hugging Face LangChain and OpenAI API.
- Experience in developing custom APIs for AI models.
- Knowledge of ethical AI practices and responsible AI development.
- Prior experience in domains such as healthcare finance or ecommerce will be an added advantage.
