Job Description

Store Operations Management

  • Supervise and ensure smooth daytoday operations across all retail stores.

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.

  • Monitor store performance metrics including sales customer satisfaction and staff productivity.

  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with operational standards and quality benchmarks.

2. Supply Chain and Inventory Management

  • Oversee the supply chain to ensure timely procurement and delivery of products to stores.

  • Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to maintain optimal inventory levels.

  • Resolve supply chain bottlenecks and coordinate inventory replenishment schedules.

3. Team Management

  • Provide leadership and support to Store Managers ensuring their alignment with company goals.

  • Conduct performance reviews provide feedback and identify training needs for store staff.

  • Resolve escalated employee issues and foster a positive work culture.

  • Plan and allocate resources (staff materials budgets) to optimize store performance.

4. Financial and Performance Management

  • Develop and manage the operations budget ensuring cost control and profitability.

  • Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics such as sales expenses and margins.

  • Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs while maintaining quality.

  • Prepare periodic reports for the CEO/Founder on operational performance.

5. Customer Experience

  • Ensure that all stores provide exceptional customer service and maintain brand standards.

  • Address and resolve customer complaints escalated from stores.

  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

6. Technology and Process Optimization

  • Leverage technology to automate and streamline operational processes.

  • Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

  • Collaborate with IT to address operational challenges and implement solutions.

7. Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure all stores comply with local regulations licenses and health and safety standards.

  • Identify potential risks in operations and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Regularly review processes to maintain operational security and quality.
