Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and resultoriented Relationship Manager to join our team in Prayagraj. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 4 years of experience in selling home loans and loan against property (LAP).
Responsibilities:
Sourcing and closing leads for home loans and LAP
Building and maintaining relationships with customers and channel partners
Meeting sales targets and contributing to business growth
Handling documentation and coordination with credit and operations teams
Providing excellent customer service throughout the loan process
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
1 to 4 years of relevant experience in home loan or LAP sales
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of the local market in Prayagraj
Selfmotivated and targetdriven
