Communicate with customers via calls emails and chats to assist with queries. (At least 30 calls and 50 emails a day)
Support in preparing and managing invoices.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM.
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team.
Assist in resolving basic customer issues and escalating when needed.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
Good communication skills and a customerfriendly attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and invoicing tools (preferred).
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Full Time
