Job Description
As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will:
- Take ownership of endtoend DevOps processes ensuring streamlined integration of development testing and deployment pipelines.
- Lead and guide Agile teams as a Scrum Master facilitating ceremonies removing impediments and driving continuous improvement.
- Leverage your expertise in Git for source control including managing branches resolving merge conflicts and handling pull requests.
- Design implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
- Work handson with Docker for containerization and orchestrate scalable deployments using Kubernetes and AKS.
- Operate in a cloudnative environment with a strong preference for Microsoft Azure applying cloud best practices and tools.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with development QA and operations teams to deliver highquality solutions.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 8 10 years of experience in DevOps Cloud and Agile delivery.
- Strong proficiency in Version Control Systems particularly Git with practical experience in branching strategies and pull request workflows.
- Handson experience in CI/CD pipeline creation and automation using Jenkins GitHub Actions or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of Docker and experience managing containers in Kubernetes or AKS environments.
- Expertise in at least one major cloud platform preferably Microsoft Azure and an understanding of cloudnative architecture.
- Solid programming experience in Python (preferably Python 3.
- Proven track record as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead with deep knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
You should possess the ability to:
- Lead by example and influence best practices across technical and nontechnical teams.
- Make timely decisions even when faced with ambiguity or complex scenarios.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels translating technical concepts into actionable insights.
- Apply strong configuration and change management discipline across development cycles.
