Job Description

This is a remote position.

Our client a global leader in SaaSbased transportation management solutions is hiring a Vice President of Professional Services.

With over 40 years of experience revolutionizing crew and workforce accommodations this company is dedicated to enhancing layover experiences through exceptional service and cuttingedge technology. They continue to drive meaningful cost savings and operational efficiencies across the transportation industry serving clients in the airline rail cruise and other travel sectors.

The Role: Vice President of Professional Services

The Vice President of Professional Services will lead a highperforming team responsible for designing deploying and managing technology solutions tailored to client needs across various transportation verticals. This role requires close collaboration with internal technology project management and account teams to translate business requirements into effective system integrations and interface specifications. The VP will oversee all aspects of solution delivery ensuring each implementation meets client objectives adheres to quality standards and supports longterm success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead endtoend integration projects from requirements gathering to solution delivery across airline rail cruise and other travel industries.

  • Collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure successful technology adoption and client satisfaction.

  • Provide strategic oversight and guidance on systems architecture data integrations and operational workflows.

  • Champion quality assurance and continuously optimize implementation processes.

  • Support change management initiatives to ensure seamless transitions with minimal operational disruption.

Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience: 12 years in systems integration or in managing crew/scheduling systems within the transportation airline rail or cruise sectors.

  • Leadership: Minimum of 8 years in a senior leadership role with demonstrated success in team development and strategic .

  • Change Management: Proven ability to lead largescale transformation initiatives while maintaining business continuity.

  • Business & Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of transportation operations enterprise software and client systems integration.

  • Analytical Expertise: Skilled in operations research and delivering actionable solutions that drive measurable results.

  • Project Management: Extensive experience managing complex highimpact projects including budgeting planning and resource allocation.

  • Quality Focus: Deep experience in evaluating and supporting integration technologies to meet performance and compliance standards.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Project Management (e.g. PMP PRINCE2

  • Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP)
