As the Senior Product Designer for the In Life tribe youll play a pivotal role in enhancing the experiences of our existing Shift customers and collaborating closely with internal teams.
You will own every aspect of design for the In Life tribe from helping to identify prioritise and unpack opportunities to shipping pixelperfect user interfaces that are robust and bestinclass where differentiation is important.
What youll do:
- Lead endtoend design processes from discovery to ensuring seamless integration across platforms
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to define and refine user experiences that meet business objectives
- Map out fronttoback customer journeys and task flows
- Design & prototype intuitive user interfaces
- Talk to our customers to understand their needs and pain points
- Utilise customer insights to drive design decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Help grow and maintain our design system
- Be an advocate for Product Design by sharing your work regularly promoting best practices and building strong relationships with your stakeholders
Qualifications :
What youll bring:
- Experience designing complex enterpriselevel software with a strong portfolio showcasing successful outcomes.
- Skilled in planning conducting and synthesising user research to inform intuitive and effective design solutions.
- Recent inhouse Fintech experience (ideally B2B)
- Highly proficient in Figma for prototyping finished designs and implementing design systems.
- Ability to iterate rapidly validate designs efficiently and make pragmatic tradeoffs when necessary.
- Exceptional communication skills with a track record of effectively collaborating with crossfunctional teams managing stakeholders and running workshops.
- Strong problemsolving abilities critical thinking skills and a passion for innovation in product design.
